The Jan Broberg Foundation’s mission to end childhood sexual abuse rests on three pillars: Healing Through Community, Awareness for Prevention, and Changing Public Policy. We focus on practices and issues that support individuals, families, communities, and broader efforts to achieve these goals.
Sexual Assault Awareness Month (SAAM)
SAAM is observed every April to raise awareness about sexual violence and educate the public on prevention. It’s a chance to talk about consent, boundaries, and respect—and to build a culture where sexual violence is never tolerated.
