with Jan Broberg
Honest conversations about trauma, recovery, and the things that actually help.
Trauma Interrupted with Jan Broberg is where survivors and the people who walk beside them tell the truth about recovery, the hard parts included. Hosted by Jan Broberg, founder of the Jan Broberg Foundation, it is for anyone who has lived through trauma, anyone who loves someone who has, and anyone tired of the silence around it.
The tone is real, never exploitative. These are stories told on the teller's terms.
The show started in 2022 as The Jan Broberg Show, Jan talking with survivors one story at a time. In May 2026 it became Trauma Interrupted with Jan Broberg, a name that says plainly what every episode is actually doing. Same show, same host, a name that finally matched the work. That is also why the archive runs past 270 episodes under two titles, even though this name is newer than most listeners realize. It has grown into the loudest room in the foundation's work, often the place people meet us first.

Our newsletter comes out on the last Thursday of every month. When that Thursday lands on a holiday, we send it the Thursday before. Every now and then we share a smaller announcement when there is real news to pass along. That is really it, and we will not crowd your inbox.
